Construction Estimator

Wages: C$36.50/hr (40hrs/Wk.) Permanent full-time with Medical Insurance Coverage & Workplace Safety Insurance Coverage

Work location: # North York, ON M3C 3N6

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree

 Employment requirement:

- Experience - 2 year to less than 3 years

- Languages: English

 Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage construction projects and prepare construction progress schedules.
• Calculate the probable construction costs based on contract bids, quotations, schematic drawings, and specifications for construction projects.
• Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures to establish and maintain the tendering process.
• Review and analyze tenders, recommend awards, and conduct negotiations regarding tendering procedures.
• Maintain regular cost and expenditure statements and forecasts throughout the project's lifespan.
