Job description:
General Manager - Financial, Communications And Other Business Services, with following Job Duties:
- Formulate effective business strategy in consultation with management and advise improvements
- To look after all processes and formulate policies and SOPs.
- To work closely with management on business growth, process improvement and sustainability.
- Design policies that align with overall strategy and vision of the company
- Drive the company’s financial planning and decide on investment strategies
- Participate in recruiting, on-boarding, and training high-performing employees to achieve objectives.
- Oversee overall operations, assign quarterly performance goals and ensure their strategy towards completion, and accomplishment.
- Plan and conduct brand building and business promotion activities, on frequent basis.
- Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes
- Networking, analyze and identify potential clients and preparation of profound project proposals jointly with broader list of line of businesses.
- Manage contracts and relations with clients, teams and other stakeholders.
- Advice supervisors and managers to mentor and motivate respective teams to achieve efficient productivity and engagement.
Compensation & Hours:
Salary: $65.05 CAD PER Hour with Minimum 30 hours per week
Overtime: $97.58 per hour starting after 44 hours per week
Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay

Education Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
