Looking for supervisor for Massage Addict to manage our location at 17 Worthington Avenue Suite 18, Brampton, ON L7A 2Y7 ability to supervise 5-10 people with minimum experience of 1 year to less than 2 years.
Duties:
1) Supervise Staff( apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc)
2) Establish Work schedules
3) Hire and Train or arrange for training of staff
4) Assign sales workers to duites
5) Perform opening and closing activities
6) Perform various administrative functions
7) Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
8) Resolve problems that arise, such as cstomer complaints and supply shortages
9) Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
10) Develop and implement marketing strategies.
Skills/Qualifications

Qualification: Completion of Bachelor's Degree
Experience- 1 year to less than 2 years
Language- English
Salary- $22/hr
