Work Location: Various Locations as per contracts.

Title of position: BOOKKEEPER (12200 NOC)

Positions available :01

Position is full time, Permanent.  

Candidate should be high School graduate with basic knowledge of English.

Work experience: 2 to 3 years required.

Wage rate is $28.00 per hour/ 40 hours a week.

Start date: As soon as possible.

Duties

• Maintaining records of all financial transactions.
• Preparing trails balance of books.
• Checking all invoices are paid and up to date.
• Calculating and preparing cheques for payroll; preparing other statistical. financial and accounting reports.
• Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
• Coordinated and communicates effectively with team members and other departments
• Creating invoices and follow up collections.
• Preparing tax returns.    
•   Scheduling, timesheets, perform other duties as assigned.

Work conditions Working under pressure, repetitive tasks, attention to details, tight deadlines. Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operations.
