Position: Farm Supervisor

Location of Work:

5371 McDonald Road, Vernon BC- V1B 3K7

2402 Hayman Rd, West Kelowna- V1Z 1Z6

 

Requirements:

Completion of High school is required.

1-2 years of experience in related field is required.

Basic knowledge of English Language

 

Description and Duties:

 

• Look after and supervise the activities of General Farm Worker.
• Hire the worker as per the requirements.
• Manage the budget and maintain records for the farm expenditure’s
• Provide training to workers.
• Make sure all work is performed with safety regulation.
• Check the quality of crop.
• Prepare the work schedule for workers.
• Make the necessary arrangement of transpiration.
• May required to perform General Farm worker duties

 

Terms of Employment: Full time, permanent

Shift: Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Flexible Hours, Early Morning, Morning

Wage: $19.00/hr. for 30 hr./week

 

Benefits: 4% vocation pay

Working Conditions: Outdoors, all type of weather conditions
