Job Duties:
- Supervise and oversee the activities of the staff who work in our restaurant and bar to prepare and serve food
- Train servers and food handlers in job duties, set staff schedules, establish safe food handling and other requirements as needed for staff
- Ensure quality food and bar service meets the standards set by the owners
- Maintain records of stock, repairs and waste for our restaurant and bars
- Ensure customer satisfaction, standard of service, address & Resolve customers' complaints or concerns
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain the reputation of our restaurant
- Estimate and order supplies required for the restaurant and bar required for service
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Terms of Employment: This is a permanent and full-time position, 40 hours of work per week

Wage: $40,000/Annually

Bonuses/Commission: 5% tip out on sales

Skill Requirements (includes education and work experience):
- Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline or several (3+) years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
