Four Season Framing Ltd. located in Surrey, BC is currently looking to hire 2 full-time Iron Workers to join their growing team. Our services include both residential and commercial projects, as well as new homes and complete renovations.

Work locations: Various locations in Lower Mainland area of BC.

Position responsibilities
- Erect structural and architectural precast concrete components for townhouses, and commercial buildings.
- Install ornamental and other structural metalwork such as curtain walls, metal stairways, railings, and power doors.
- Assess structures and equipment for defects, deterioration, or non-compliance
- Place steel units in a position that allows each piece to be hoisted as required.
- Assemble the steel units in place, align them, and weld or bolt them into place.
- Reinforce concrete structures by positioning steel bars or metal mesh.
- Lay out work based on blueprints and specifications.
- Assemble and erect prefabricated metal structures.
- As required, dismantle structures and equipment.
Position requirements
- Completion of Secondary School.
- Completion of apprenticeship program in relevant trade or minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in trade.
- Trade certification would be an asset but not mandatory.
- Good communication skills.
