Responsibilities
Plan and control budget and expenditures, Establish and implement policies and procedures, Train, direct and motivate staff, Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs, Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences, Determine and establish office procedures and routines, Schedule and confirm appointments, Answer, relay telephone calls and electronic mails, Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate flow of information, Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, Carry out the administrative duties such as booking appointments, filing, copying and scanning etc; Co-ordinate and work as a liaison between the instructor and client by scheduling the training sessions.
