Job description:
Position Title# Administrative Officer
Job Duties:
- Implement and maintains company defined procedures/administrative systems.
- Handle admin and all other telecommunication routine office tasks and responsibilities.
- Contribute to the efficiency of the company by providing personalized and timely support to executives.
- Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
- Serve as a trusted liaison between the executive team and other departments, effectively communicating and coordinating information and initiatives.
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and following up on action items.
- Inventory management, asset audits, and new assets ID preparations.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners on behalf of the company.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports and also record maintenance.
- Draft, Collect, and Collate all the information in the form of memos, emails, presentations, reports, etc.

Salary and Overtime: $ 27.35 per hour || $41.03 per hour post accumulated 44 hours (weekly)
