Job Title: Administrative Officer
Job Description:
- Research and conduct data to prepare documents for review and presentation by management, and executives.
- Help prepares for meetings. Set up meetings and appointments, organizing venues.
- Participate in Business review meetings & keep track of open issues/ points of all functional heads.
- Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
- Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with executives.
- Perform office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
- Open, sort and distribute incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence.
- Provide general administrative support by coordinating calendar, meeting, and schedule arrangements for the management and other executives.
- Assist financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents.
- Answer phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in similar role

Minimum Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
