Job description:
Our company is currently looking for an Administrative Services Manager. The selected candidate will be expected to perform the following job duties:
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staffï¼›
- Management and oversight of administrative staff (monitoring scheduling, attendance, punctuality, performance, interview, etc.;
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
- Coordinating all departments’ work activities, assisting with staff management, and staff resources;
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controlsï¼›
- Planning and facilitating social functions;
- Coordinating internal and external social event and activities;
- Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within establish.
Skill Requirement
- Minimum a college degree;
- 2-3 years in related fieldï¼›
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision;
- Effective performance management skills;
- Ability to build the team and foster productive interpersonal team dynamics
