Job Title: Landscape Worker

Number of positions: 3

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: $27.50 per hour

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Work Location(s): Various Locations in Lower Mainland (BC).

Physically demanding: Involves handling loads, bending, sitting, kneeling, standing, and crouching

Job Duties

• Spread topsoil, lay sod, plant flowers, grass, shrubs, and trees.
• Cut grass, rake, aerate, fertilize, and water lawns, weed gardens, prune shrubs and trees.
• Perform other duties to assist with the construction of a landscape and related structures as directed by the supervisor.
• Maintain lawns and grass along roadsides.
• Operate and maintain power mowers, tractors, chain saws, and other landscaping equipment.
• Spray and dust trees, shrubs, lawns, and gardens to control insects.
• Perform other manual duties to clean and maintain landscaped environments.

Job Requirements

• No education required.
• No experience required. We will train.
• Functional English is required.
• Physically fit and capable of doing various physical tasks, including bending, stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting.

Note

• Company will pay $500.00 CAD to any current employee who makes a referral that results in a hire.
• We will provide relocation assistance to candidates from other cities, provinces, or regions up to $1000.00 CAD.
