Columbia Collision Repairs Ltd. is looking for full-time Sales Manager to join their team in Surrey as soon as possible.
Job Description:
- Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales department
- Hires, trains, motivates, and monitors the performance of all salespeople.
- Directs sales staffing and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs.
- Establishes annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit.
- Monitors salesperson productivity and performance.
- Reviews market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs, and volume potential, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the company
- Serves as liaison between sales & marketing department and other departments.
- Analyzes and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Attends managers meetings as requested.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- A university degree or college diploma in business administration or other field related to the product or service being sold may be required.
- Several years of related retail sales experience at increasing levels of responsibility are usually required.
Salary: $30.50 hourly for 40 Hours per Week with Benefits as Per as Company Policy
