Job Title: Truck Fleet Foreman/Woman

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time.

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible.

Work Location: 16108 Blundell Road, Richmond, BC, V6W 0A2 Canada 

Wage rate: $29/hour for 40 hours/week.

Benefits: Dental Insurance, Extended Medical Insurance, RRSP & 4% Vacation Pay

Education: High School

Experience: Minimum 1 years to less than 2 years

Language: English.

Job Duties: 

• Supervise drivers/workers and projects
• Train or arrange for driver training
• Co-ordinate and schedule activities
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Recommend personnel actions
• Co-ordinate repairs and rentals
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve work methods

Additional Skills: Team working, Problem solving, Decision making.  Recruit, train and supervise staff.
