Position: Director, Medical / Manager in Healthcare
Employment requirement:
- Degree in Public Health, Physiotherapy, or other health-related degrees
- Experience – 2 - 3 years
- Languages: English
Responsibilities:
- · Organize, direct, control, and evaluate healthcare services delivery within a healthcare institution or other settings.
- · Establish and maintain health care standards in consultation with the board of directors and senior managers.
- · Implement evaluation systems to monitor the quality of health care provided to patients.
- · Monitoring diagnostic services, beds, and facilities to ensure resources are utilized efficiently.
- · Establish and implement plans for new programs, special projects, new materials and equipment acquisitions, and future staffing levels in their department or organization.
- · Establish a budget and control it for the department or establishment.
- · Ensure that the department or establishment is represented at meetings with government officials, the media, the public, etc.
