Compensation & Hours:
Salary: $65.00 CAD Per Hour with minimum 30 hours per week
Overtime Rate: $97.50 per hour starting after 44 hours per week
Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay

Job Duties:
- Manage overall company operations and other activities, ensuring compliance with policies
- Provide financial analyses, ensuring annual budgets are prepared and released, monitoring deviations, and taking corrective action to meet company revenue goals.
- Understand the direct improvements based on monthly, quarterly and annual bookkeeping reports.
- Establish different HR policies to monitor the work of all the staff and carry out appraisals, recognize training needs, hiring and resource forecast as appropriate with respective managers.
- Hold broader team meetings on a regular basis to communicate targets, standards required and understand potential client maturity.
- Develop and evolve client’s services with innovative ideas, ensuring sales/marketing/support adjustments and improvements are both recommended and implemented.
- Monitor market trends, client’s preferences, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Responsible for accomplishing the business continuity along with attending multiple conferences/webinars to present company’s presence and value.
- Carry out complete management over to smooth execution and growth.
