Wage: $18.00 per hour (full-time position; 37.5 hours per week)
Location of Work: 1030 Dundas St. E., Mississauga, ON L4Y 2B8
Job Description:
- cutting, trimming and preparing standard cuts of meat
- removing bones from meat
- cutting poultry into parts
- grinding meats
- cut and prepare meats for Portuguese/Brazilian style-sausages
- preparing special displays of meats, poultry and fish products
- shaping, lacing and tying roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood
- cleaning meats to prepare for processing or cutting
- wrap and package prepared meats
- weighing meats for sale
- selling meats to customers
Job Requirements: Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience
