Role Description:
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and coordination of marketing campaigns. This includes tasks such as organizing timelines, managing project schedules, and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Contribute to content creation efforts, such as writing and editing marketing materials, social media posts, blog articles, or website content. They may also manage content calendars and ensure consistency in messaging
- Help with various digital marketing activities, including managing social media accounts, monitoring online campaigns, tracking metrics, and assisting with search engine optimization (SEO) efforts.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to gather insights and identify opportunities This may involve researching industry trends, and customer preferences, and analyzing data to support decision-making.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, such as trade shows, conferences, or product launches. This includes coordinating logistics, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring event success.
- Tracking and analyzing marketing data and metrics is important for measuring campaign effectiveness. May assist in data collection, reporting, and analysis to assess the performance of marketing initiatives.
- Maintaining and promoting the company's brand identity. This involves ensuring brand consistency across various channels, monitoring brand guidelines, and supporting brand awareness initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as graphic designers, copywriters, and sales teams. Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential for coordinating efforts and ensuring alignment.
- Handle various administrative tasks, such as managing budgets, processing invoices, organizing meetings, and maintaining marketing materials and assets.
Role Eligibility:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is typically preferred. However, some companies may consider relevant work experience or a combination of education and experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively conveying marketing messages and collaborating with team members and stakeholders. Attention to detail and proficiency in proofreading and editing are also important.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices is important. This includes understanding target audiences, market research, branding, digital marketing, and various marketing channels.
- Experience of 3 to 5 years with marketing tools and software, such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and analytics platforms, is often desired.
Salary: $35.00 per hour for 35 hours per week
