Roles and Responsibilities for One Available Position: Administrative Officer
#1. Ability to update admin policies and other required licenses on time based on the government updates.
#2. Manage office supplies, keep their records, and place the order for the next set.
#3. Schedule travelling of employees includes arranging travel tickets and accommodation, and report all expenses.
#4. Organize and execute company events and conferences quarterly, willing to travel if required.
#5. Distribute the client or stakeholder correspondence.
#6. Display professional etiquette at all times. This applies especially when a client has come over for an important meeting.
#7. Demonstrate time management skills as many tasks are time-bound.
#8. Oversee the staff at every level. This includes the cleaning staff and other maintenance staff. Review their requirements to ensure that the supplies are available.
#9. Type the documents and proofread them before submitting them. These documents may either be on behalf of the company or some other department of the company.
