Salary: $59.13 hourly
40 hours per week, Minimum wage is not guaranteed
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after the completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Formulating and executing financial strategies to achieve the company's long-term goals. This involves analyzing financial data, identifying growth opportunities, and providing informed recommendations.
- Overseeing the budgeting process by collaborating with various departments to establish financial objectives, creating budget plans, and monitoring performance against targets. Conducting financial forecasting to anticipate future needs and ensure resource allocation.
- Managing the preparation and presentation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and performance metrics. Analyzing financial data to identify trends, evaluate business performance, and suggest improvements.
- Assessing financial risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them. This includes monitoring market trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors impacting financial stability. Developing risk management policies and procedures to protect company assets.
- Optimizing the company's capital structure and utilization. Evaluating funding options, analyzing investment opportunities, and advising on capital allocation to enhance shareholder value.
- Ensuring adherence to financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies. Collaborating with auditors for financial audits and reviews. Implementing internal controls to maintain accurate records and protect financial assets.
- Cultivating relationships with investors, financial institutions, and board members. Providing financial insights, addressing concerns, and representing the company's financial interests.
- Leading and developing a team of financial professionals. Setting performance goals, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is typically required.
- Substantial experience of 5 years or more in the financial industry, including progressively responsible roles, is often expected.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in financial analysis, financial modeling, risk management, investment strategies, and other relevant financial disciplines are essential
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing teams are critical. This includes skills in guiding and motivating staff, setting goals and objectives, and making strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effectively interacting with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, and investors. The ability to build and maintain relationships, negotiate deals, and present financial information clearly is important.
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting is important for a VP position. VPs often oversee financial statements, financial reporting processes, and financial performance analysis.
