Location: North York, ON M2N 7E9

 Salary: $65.20hourly

             35 hours per week

 Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

 Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

 Job Type: Permanent employment, Full time

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Create a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the overall objectives of the financial consulting company. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying target industries and clients, and formulating effective plans.
  • Actively seek out and capitalize on new business opportunities. This includes prospecting and generating leads, building networks with key decision-makers in potential client organizations, attending industry events, and leveraging existing relationships to secure new clients and expand the company's customer base.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients is essential for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Focus on understanding the financial consulting needs of your clients, providing exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues they may have, and identifying opportunities to upsell additional services or expand the scope of existing engagements.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, setting targets and providing guidance. This includes recruiting and training sales professionals, setting sales targets and KPIs, monitoring individual and team performance, conducting performance evaluations, and providing ongoing coaching and support to maximize the effectiveness and productivity of the sales team.
  • Participating in budget planning for the sales department. This includes analyzing sales projections, monitoring expenditures, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and making informed decisions regarding resource allocation to achieve sales targets within the allocated budget.

 

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and other stakeholders. Strong negotiation and presentation skills are essential.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is typically required.
  • Previous experience of 5 years or more in sales, preferably in a leadership or managerial role, is highly valued.
  • Proven experience in computer and technology, with skillful understanding of MS Access, MS Office and MS Outlook.
  • Crucial to continuously analyze sales performance to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and inspire a sales team. Experience in managing and developing a sales force, setting performance goals, and conducting performance evaluations.
