Responsibilities

Tasks

• Oversee and allocate staff to their respective tasks
• Assist in hiring and training of staff 
• Place orders for products
• Authorize returns of items
• Create work schedules to meet the demand/need
• Work along with the staff in upselling products
• Gather information, numbers and create reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Organize, freshness track and keep count of inventory
• Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
