Job description:


Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

  • Review the monthly financial statements of all companies to ensure accuracy and prepare consolidated financial statements.
  • Prepare month-end reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets, for management.
  • Recommend changes in policies or procedures to enhance financial performance.
  • Conduct monthly reporting and variance analysis of financials.

Yearly Budget Planning and Tracking:

  • Prepare and analyze budgets, tracking and reporting budget variances.
  • Develop, coordinate, and report budgets and forecasts for individual departments.
  • Provide senior management with budgets and periodic forecasts, including profit and loss (income statement).

Ongoing Expense Control:

  • Update the global employee list on a monthly basis.
  • Analyze and control US credit card expenses.
  • Monitor operating performance for the upcoming quarter and year.
  • Analyze and report customer margins, regional margins, and product margins.
  • Perform revenue and cost maintenance and analysis for PLM Services.

Zoho:

  • Take an active role in the implementation of Zoho accounting requirements, systems, and processes.
  • Assist in ensuring adherence to new accounting requirements.
  • Calculate sales commissions for the US and Canada

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven work experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience with Zoho or other accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.
