Salary: $65.20 hourly
30 hours per week
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Setting sales targets and identifying new market opportunities.
- Leading and managing the sales team, including hiring and training sales personnel, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance. Providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve sales goals.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and negotiating contracts. Collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop strategies for product positioning and market penetration.
- Conducting sales forecasting and budgeting, analyzing market trends, and identifying areas for growth. Developing sales plans, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing customer concerns, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Analyzing sales data, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and evaluating sales team performance. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
- Preparing sales reports, presentations, and dashboards to provide insights on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis. Utilizing data analytics tools to gain actionable insights and drive sales strategies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, finance, operations, and senior management, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Ensuring effective communication and coordination within the organization.
- Identifying training needs, designing sales training programs, and providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities for the sales team.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field is typically required.
- Significant experience of 5 years or more in sales and sales management roles is usually required. Employers may seek candidates with several years of experience in progressively responsible positions, including experience managing a sales team.
- Strong knowledge of the industry or market in which the organization operates is often preferred. This includes understanding industry trends, competitors, customer needs, and market dynamics.
- One should possess a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Also, should have expertise in sales strategies, business development, account management, and customer acquisition.
- Strong leadership skills are essential, including the ability to motivate and manage a sales team. One should have experience in hiring, training, and coaching sales professionals, as well as setting sales goals and monitoring performance.
- Need to have strategic thinking skills to develop sales strategies aligned with organizational goals and should be able to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the sales team. Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are highly valued.
- Proficiency in using sales analytics tools and CRM software is often desired.
- The ability to adapt to changing market conditions, handle pressure, and work in a fast-paced sales environment is important.
