Location: Mississauga, ON L5T 2M9
Salary: $28.00 per hour for 35 hours per week
Overtime:1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinating project activities, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between team members, and maintaining project schedules.
- Creating and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.
- Assisting in budget planning, tracking project expenses, and monitoring resource allocation to ensure efficient use of funds and materials.
- Identifying potential risks and issues, developing risk mitigation strategies, and implementing measures to minimize project risks.
- Facilitating communication with project stakeholders, such as clients, vendors, and internal teams, to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
- Monitoring project deliverables and ensuring adherence to quality standards and established procedures.
- Providing administrative assistance to project managers and teams, which may include scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and maintaining project-related documentation.
- Promoting effective teamwork, fostering a positive work environment, and facilitating knowledge sharing among project team members.
- Supervising and managing office administrative procedures.
- Responsible for coordinating and planning various office services, including accommodation, equipment relocation, supplies, forms, management, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, project management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Previous experience of 2 to 3 years in project administration, project coordination, or a related administrative role is typically desired.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are important for effective coordination and interaction with project team members and stakeholders. Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are also valued.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello, can be advantageous. Proficiency in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite, is expected.
- Being able to identify and address project-related issues, develop solutions, and make sound decisions is essential.
- Projects can be dynamic and evolve over time, so being adaptable to changing circumstances and having a flexible mindset is valuable.
