Job description:
Responsibilities
- Strategize, coordinate, supervise, and assess the day-to-day activities of the restaurant
- Implement effective operational protocols.
- Establish work schedules for employees, manage them, and regularly evaluate their performance.
- Address customer concerns and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Arrange agreements with clients for catering services
- Manage inventory and adapt procedures as needed.
- Assist in hiring staff and ensuring comprehensive staff training.
Education
- Bachelor’s in any discipline required
- Master’s preferred
Experience
At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant supervisor/manager required
Location: 52 Elm St, Greater Sudbury, ON P3C 1S7
Salary: 30.00 to 35.00 hourly
Permanent employment: Full-time (30 hours per week)
Starts: As soon as possible
Vacancies: 2 vacancies
Languages: English required.
Knowledge of Hindi/Punjabi/Gujarati will be an asset.
