Salary: $65.50 hourly for 35 hours per week
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the organization's financial stability.

Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is usually required.
- Extensive experience of 5 years or more in finance and management roles is essential. This often includes several years of progressively responsible positions in finance, accounting, or financial management.
- In-depth knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, budgeting, financial analysis, and risk management is necessary.
- Strong leadership and management abilities are crucial to oversee financial teams and make strategic decisions.
- The ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions is vital for a general manager in finance.
- One should possess strategic thinking and planning skills to develop long-term financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Effective English communication skills are essential for presenting financial information, interacting with stakeholders, and collaborating with other departments.
- One needs to be adept at solving complex financial issues and making sound financial decisions.
