Job Duties
- Plan, direct, and assess the store operations
- Undertake research to understand market trends, consumer demand, and potential sales volumes
- Determine goods to be sold, and implement relevant policies
- Suitably negotiate with vendors when required to procure merchandise for resale
- Manage employees and assign duties and responsibilities
- Create and implement strategies to market products
- Assess and improve customer service and resolve customers’ grievances
- Assist in hiring and training employees
- Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and keep track of revenues
- Perform all other financial analyses necessary to maximize sales and net profits.
- Prepare necessary reports

Wage rate: 30.00 to 32.00 per hour

Education: Master’s in business or related field is required
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
