Marketing Assistant
Job description:
Analyze the services and products to be promoted and marketing requirements of the client
Perform market research studies and advise clients on new marketing strategies, advertising and alter the sales promotion opportunities
Implement the content for direct digital marketing and advertising campaigns
Create post campaign polls, surveys and questionnaire for research purpose to analyze the customers feedback
Develop and implement the policies and public relation strategies and programs to convey the general policies and initiatives of the organization to the clients and employees
Create social media accounts for the client on various platforms, write and prepare content to be posted
Create and oversee the preparation of reports, newsletters, brochures and promotional material
Organize interviews, conferences and media events to promote companies business products
Actively participate and help organize the promotional events and campaigns organized by the company
Maintain the spreadsheets, database and statistics through reports, financials and research
Compensation & Hours:
Salary: $32.45 CAD Per Hour
Working hours: Minimum 30 hours per week
Overtime Rate: $48.68 per hour starting after 44 hours per week & Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay
Job Details:
Experience Required: 1 year to less than 2 years in similar field
Education Required: Minimum College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Job Status: Full Time / Permanent employee position
