Salary: $32.55 CAD per hour / 30 hr per week with overtime of $48.83 per hour starts post 44 hours in a week

Job Description:

• Overlook the preparation of the contracts, brochures, reports, newsletters and other material

• Determine the marketing and advertising needs of the company

• Act as spokesperson for organization and response to all the inquiries

• Organize workshops and meetings and develop programs for fundraising and information purposes

• Oversee and prepare reports, web sites, press releases and presentations   

• Carry out surveys, collect customer reviews to evaluate the opinion and interest of the groups being targeted by the companies work

• Study, evaluate data and generate reports to monitor the campaign efficiency and analyze trends

• Provide administrative support for variety of projects, develop strategies and content for the digital marketing and advertising campaigns

• Suggest clients on marketing, advertising or sales opportunities and strategies

• Generate, execute and assess the public relation strategies and programs to inform clients, employees and general public of initiatives and policies of business and organization. 

• Develop and maintain the social media accounts and websites of the company and post content consistently

Minimum Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience

Experience: 1 to less than 2 years
