Job Description:
- Lead strategic and operational efforts to scale portfolio of our services.
- Develop long-term business plans alongside management for omni-channel client strategies.
- Work cross-functionally with our Operations, Marketing, Analytics, and Sales teams to drive efficiencies via the creation and optimization of scalable internal processes.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services awareness and drive business growth in targeted regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry associations, and business partners in the target regions.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
- Clearly outline solutions in appropriate formats for presentation to clients. Participate in client presentations where required.
- Monitor and analyze marketing and operational performance metrics, prepare reports, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure that all recommended solutions, implementation plans, meet the requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a multicultural team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Participate in development and strategizing on any proposals or bids to external clients.
- Track progress and success of executives against various primary KPIs, coaching and enabling their success across short and long-term goals.
- Identify and manage appropriate clients, client relations, and service levels.

Salary And Hours: $65.10 CAD per hour / 30 hr per week
Overtime Rate and Holiday Pay: $97.65 per hour starting after 44 hours per week || 4% of the gross pay

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
