Job Duties:
Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat.
Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting.
Prepare meat for special display.
Make sure food storage conditions are adequate.
Wrap and package prepared meats.
Weigh meats for sale.
Price meat products.
Prepare special orders.
Sell meats to Customers.
