Role: Office Administrator 

Location: 6050 Dixie Rd, Mississauga, ON L5T 1A6

Salary: 27.00 to 29.00 hourly (to be negotiated)

Vacancies: 4

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time week for 30 to 40 hours per Week

Employment Conditions: Day, Evening, Morning, Overtime,  To be determined

• We are in the urgent need of an Office Administrators who are professional and can oversees all the departments in our office and supervise the work of 3-4 staff members
• It is fast paced environment, attention to detail, work under pressure, comply with all tight deadlines
• The candidate must have an excellent oral communication, written in English Language, effective interpersonal, organized skills..

Peaks: We will be offering an overtime pay after 44 hours of working in any week. Further, we will give 10 days of paid vacations.

Working Setting: Private Sector, Urban area

About you – preferred requirements for this role

An ideal candidate must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate along with minimum of 1 year of working experience as an Office Administrator or other senior role. 

Security and safety - Basic security clearance
Language Preference: English

Duties:

  • Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure that the work are done in a timely manner
  • Maintaining office procedures by organizing office operations, controlling correspondence and designing filing
  • Submit timely reports and presentations & proposal are assigned
  • Preserve all the invoices, correspondence letters, general office files and maintain a database with personnel, acadmic, financial and other details

Working Hours in each week – 30 to 40 hours per Week
