We strive to provide a luxurious experience at an affordable price, catering to both business and leisure travelers. Our hotel boasts 57 rooms with convenient outdoor entrances, ensuring easy access for our guests. Additionally, we offer free parking services, on-site restaurants, and a meeting room. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team and help us maintain smooth operations.

 

Job Title: Office Administrator

Wage: $27.00 – $29.00 per hour (Depending on Working Experience)

Working Hours: 30 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Starting Date of Employment: As Soon As Possible

Position Available: 1

Benefit: 4% vacation pay or 10 business days of paid vacation

Working Location: 4702 Lakelse Ave, Terrace, B.C., V8G 1R6

 

Job Duties:

  • Manage and coordinate overall administrative duties, including invoicing, contracts, equipment logistics, etc., for Bear Country Inn Ltd.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee office procedures, operations, and continually review, update, and execute updated procedures.
  • Collect relevant data and submit monthly/weekly reports to the Employer.
  • Coordinate priorities and distribute daily duties to office staff accordingly.
  • Ensure tasks are completed according to deadlines and office procedures are followed.
  • Assist the employer with setting the operational budget and maintaining budget control.
  • Arrange and negotiate the purchase of office supplies, furniture, office equipment, office security service, etc., following company purchasing policies and operational budget.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Completion of secondary school is required;
  • A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration is preferred but not mandatory
  • At least 2 year of work experience in a clerical or executive secretarial position related to office administration is required;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively;
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
