Administrative Officer
Job Duties:
- Administer and coordinate the administrative procedures and execute the new work procedures to offer best services to clients.
- Distributing the work within the department and to make sure that the work deadlines are met as per the desired procedures.
- Implement the administrative policies and procedures for the new digital marketing and web development.
- Maintaining the office inventory and managing the expenses of the company by preparing the spreadsheets and budget.
- Gather data and prepare statistical reports, manuals and summarize the information.
- Manage the budgets, contracts and operations of the project.
- Plan and schedule the office services including accommodation, relocation, equipment supplies, forms, parking, maintenance and security services.
- Maintain the filing system of the company to save the confidential data of the company.

Overtime Rate $40.95 per hour starting after 44 hours per week
