Receptionist Functions/Responsibilities:
- Receptionists will greet people coming to our offices, direct them to the appropriate contacts or services
- Respond to telephone, e-mail, and in-person inquiries from staff, clients, vendors, and other parties.
- Refer all inquiries to the appropriate individuals, divisions, or departments across the companies.
- Type forms, letters, reports, and memos as necessary.
- Organize, maintain, and coordinate office records and files in their proper locations.
- As a front desk receptionist, present a positive and professional image of the company during all interactions.
- Observe and report any security issues to the designated person.
- Administer and manage inbound/outbound mail, including priority post, packages, courier services, and other correspondence.
- Maintain the reception in a tidy and presentable manner.
- Assist departments with administration tasks, as required.
- Schedule and confirm appointments
Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:
- Secondary School Diploma
- 1 year to less than 2 years experience
- Computer and Technology Knowledge – Microsoft suite
