We will provide:
- Minimum of 40 hours/ week throughout your employment period
- Paid Vacation of 2 Weeks each year or 4% of salary
- Pay at $18 per hour
Duties
- Supervise full time and part time staff in food preparation.
- Establish work schedules and coordinate staff activities, complete and post staff schedules.
- Practice inventory control standards, maintain inventory of food ingredients and supplies and requisition as required.
- Perform daily closeout procedures on POS system.
- Communicate changes to staff in regards to food preparations, & standards, etc.
- Ensuring that food safety, product preparation and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Ensuring labour and production plans are adjusted as per the requirement to minimize the wastage
- Assist in hiring and training new team members.
- Keep the updated records of stock of food supplies, everyday sales and wastage
Requirements
Secondary School Completion
One year post secondary diploma or six months of experience in similar role
Ability to legally work in Canada
