Job Description:
Schedule, co-ordinate and supervise the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
Prepare food order summaries according to requests from customers
Order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation after estimations
Make work schedules and procedures
To make sure that quality control standards are met for food and service
May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
Keep and maintain records of stock, sales, repairs and wastage
Train staff in regular sanitation, safety procedure along with job duties
May contribute in planning menus and determine related food and labor costs
Employment Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School
1 - 2 years of related experience
