Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Location: 10508 8 St, Dawson Creek, BC V1G3R1
Number of openings: 1
Hours: 30 to 40 Hours per week
Wage: $26.00 per Hour

Job Description:
- Manage, plan, control and organize the overall operation of the restaurant in a day to day basis
- Adhere to, and ensure employees adhere to company standards in a manner that increase sales and minimize
- cost
- Plan and work to budgets, maximize profits and achieve sales targets collaboratively set by all managers
- and owners
- Establish relationship with the local community and maintain established social responsibility of the
- company
- Prepare reports and other performance analysis documentation
- Coordinate staff scheduling
- Recruit new staff, as well train and promote development of skills of existing staff
Employment Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School
2 – 3 years of related work experience required
