Position Summary:
We are a primary care medical clinic & pharmacy, looking for hard-working Receptionist, medical clinic to join our team. You will work with a team of family physicians, and counsellor along with other medical office receptionists performing a variety of patient related tasks including but not limited to:
Tasks
Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
Obtain and process information required to provide services
Record and relay information
Schedule and confirm appointments
Receive and issue payments
Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail
Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
