Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of travel agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth, foster client relationships, and expand the agency's customer base.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and offerings to provide expert advice and create personalized travel packages for clients.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, including booking reservations, coordinating itineraries, managing travel logistics, and ensuring all bookings are accurate and timely.
  • Customer Service: Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Financial Management: Monitor budget and financial performance, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities to increase profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, travel policies, and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in the travel industry, with a minimum of [X] years in a managerial or leadership role within a travel agency.
