Position : Graphic Designer ( Permanent Position)
Salary : $35.00 per hour
Experience : 3 years or more
Education : Bachelor's degree
Responsibilities:
- Visual Conceptualization: Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute visual concepts that align with our brand's identity and objectives.
- Graphic Design: Create engaging and effective visual assets, including but not limited to marketing materials, social media graphics, website elements, advertisements, and more.
- Branding: Ensure consistency in design elements across all communication channels to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
- Illustration and Iconography: Develop custom illustrations, icons, and infographics to enhance visual communication.
- Typography: Select appropriate fonts and typography for various projects, ensuring readability and aesthetic appeal.
- Photo Editing: Enhance and manipulate photos to create visually stunning compositions.
- Layout and Composition: Design layouts for print and digital materials, considering visual hierarchy and user experience.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and communicate progress effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and web development, to ensure design aligns with overall strategies.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, color theory, and typography.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and the flexibility to adapt designs based on feedback.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Time management skills to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with web design principles and responsive design is a plus.
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a bonus.
