London Liquidation Centre Inc. is looking for the one position of Customer Service Supervisor- Retailfor their location at 1490 Dundas Street, London, ON N5W 3B9

Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor- Retail

Nature of Employment: Permanent Full Time Position

Salary: $ 20.75 CAD per hour for 37.50 to 44 hours/week. Overtime pay at 1.5 times regular rate of pay after 44 hours. May be required to work some weekends

Job duties:

• Strategizing and monitoring the daily activities of Customer Service operations in the store.
• Managing cashier coverage and customer flow to ensure proficient customer service
• Work for the development and implementation of service policies, and explaining these to staff
• Monitoring and authenticating returns, exchanges and voids.
• Investigating and solving customer service complaints.
• Maintaining documentation pertaining to customer service department activities,
• Overseeing and assessing customer service staff activities and providing them with regular performance related feedback.
• Supervise overall activities of the Store as and when required.

Language: English

 Education: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate

Experience:  1 year to less than 2 years
