Job description:
Reliance Electrical Ltd. is a Kelowna based electrical company working to provide best services for commercial and residential areas. We are looking for two electricians to join our team in Kelowna, BC.
Position: Electrician
Terms of employment: Permanent / Full Time (40hrs/week)

Salary: $28.50 hourly for 40 hours per week

Education: Completion of Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Electrician will have to perform all of these duties:
- Install all the electrical systems and control the electrical settings as per the sketches.
- Inspect all the electrical circuits and power supply.
- Read and interpret drawings, circuit diagrams and electrical code specifications to determine writing layouts for new or existing installations.
- Install underground wiring and cables
- May need to pull wire through conduits and through holes in walls and floors as per the drawings
- Install electrical components such as switches, outlets, and circuit breakers
- Renovate electric systems in residential and commercial structures
- Test electrical systems and equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and isolate faults in electrical and electronic systems and remove and replace faulty components
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as carpenters, to complete projects requiring both electrical and frame carpentry skills
- Ensure the safety of electrical system.

- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently
