Salary: $65.20 hourly
30 hours per week
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Create, manage, and monitor budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and control costs.
- Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Assess and manage financial risks, including market fluctuations, economic conditions, and regulatory changes.
- Manage the finance team, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluation, to ensure a motivated and effective team.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and recommend strategies to optimize returns on surplus funds.
- Contribute to overall business planning by providing financial insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with financial laws, regulations, and industry standards to minimize legal and financial risks.
- Lead and manage finance teams, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Develop financial models to support decision-making, scenario analysis, and strategic initiatives.
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls, and coordinate external audits when necessary.
- Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, auditors, and other stakeholders.
- Evaluate and implement financial software and technology solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Effectively communicate financial insights, trends, and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders.
- Provide financial input into major business decisions, evaluating their potential impact on the organization's financial health.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field is typically required
- 5 years or more of progressively responsible experience in finance or related roles is required.
- In-depth knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial regulations is essential. A strong understanding of investment strategies, risk management, and financial analysis is also important.
- Experience in managing teams and demonstrating strong leadership skills is crucial for this role. Effective communication, team-building, and conflict-resolution abilities are highly valued.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking and the ability to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex financial data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions based on financial insights.
- The ability to identify financial challenges, devise creative solutions, and adapt strategies to changing market conditions.
- Effective English communication is vital for interacting with diverse stakeholders, including executives, non-financial personnel, investors, and external partners.
- Demonstrated ethical behavior and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity in financial operations.
