Title of Position: Food Service Supervisor
- Supervising a team of servers for the restaurant’s lunch/dinner service
- Assigning each member of the team tasks based on their competencies and the needs of the customers
- Conducting a staff briefing prior to lunch services which provide an overview of her team’s roles
- Dealing with customer inquiries effectively and professionally
- Preparing food order summaries for the kitchen staff according to requests from customers seated in the section of the restaurant which he is supervising
- Maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Training staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
- Ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards
- Terms of Employment: Permanent
- Wage: $19.50 Hourly for 30 Hours Per Week
- Benefits: 4% vacation pay of remuneration
- Qualifications/Skills/Requirements
Education: Completion of High School
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, and Smart Service Certificate required.
Language: Speak English, Read English, Write English
