Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food.
- Assist the manager in overall management and cost controlling.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Help with establishing work schedules and procedures.
- Take part in the training of new and old staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
- Ensure that food and service meet Harvey’s quality control standards.
- May participate in the selection of food service staff.
Job Details:
Salary: $17.30/hr
Full-time & Permanent position
Qualifications
- 7 months to 1 year of experience in the food service industry is required.
- High School Diploma is required.
- People skills
- Able to manage priorities.
- Customer oriented
Language Requirements
- Verbal and written efficiency in English
