Job Duties:
- Establish and implement operational policies, goals, and objectives, while conferring with the management and staff as necessary, ensuring adherence to all business policies and relevant. administrative practices.
- Draft and review budgets and financial expenditures following policy and procedures.
- Ensure teams have the necessary resources, guidance, and training to effectively support the applications used & developed by the company.
- Setting strategic goals and objectives for the teams and aligning their efforts with the overall business objectives. This includes establishing and monitoring KPIs to measure performance and ensure efficient and effective support delivery.
- Effective recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Coaching, developing, and appraising of the team.
- Mitigating internal issues among staff to promote better relationships and team building.
- Implement and maintain a customer centric mindset to build a loyal customer base.
- Drive the use of all available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies followed.
- Build and maintain awareness of our competitors and local markets by sharing any relevant findings with management and teams.
- Analyze support processes, metrics and KPIs to identify areas for optimization and enhancement. Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of application support services by implementing best practices, streamlining workflows and leveraging emerging technologies.

Salary and Overtime: $ 65.10 per hour || $97.65 per hour post accumulated 44 hours (weekly)
