Job Description:
Answer calls and assist the clients need or direct call to the correct department.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store.
Evaluate and implement new office administrative procedures.
Process payments and issue refunds.
Set work priorities, assign tasks to the staff and monitor deadlines are met.
Prepare operating budget and keep track of inventory and budget control.
Schedule deliveries and confirm if customer accounts are in good standing.
Plan and coordinate office services like supplies, tools and office maintenance.
Manage policies and procedures related to release of records in response to requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
Coordinate and schedule office services such accommodation, relocations, parking, maintenance and security services.
Employment Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School
1 year to less than 2 years experienced required
