Hours: 30 to 40 Hours per week

Job Description:
- Manage and co-ordinate sale staff including cashiers.
- Assign duties to the employees to maximize their performance and plan their weekly schedules.
- Maintain inventory and prepare orders by determining the stocks of items and merchandise.
- Identify current and future trends and make strategies accordingly to appeal consumers.
- Handle all customer issues ensuring a resolution where applicable.
- Authorize payments and return of merchandise.
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
- Hire and train new sales employees.
- Monitor employee’s productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Responsible to open and close the store as required.
- Perform additional duties s assigned.
Employment Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary School
- 2 year to less than 3 years experience required
